Adam Riddell

Adam Riddell has been an AHA with Mind Plasticity since 2023 and comes from a background of over 7 years of disability work. He specialises in crisis support and has a passion for helping those who have fallen victim to homelessness.
Adam has a lifetime of experience, having two family members with permanent disabilities; physical psychosocial. His combination of lived and professional experience are used to inform his work with clients.
Adam has extensive experience in case management, NDIS supports, crisis management, mental health, disability support, housing supports, drugs, and alcohol.
Adam’s qualifications include a Diploma of Community Studies, a Certificate 4 in Frontline Management, and a Certificate 4 in WHS Management. He performed at a high level within all these courses.
Mind Plasticity welcomes Adam’s strong desire to improve his clients’ wellbeing, assisting them to achieve their goals, as well as his years of experience in disability and the homeless sector.
