Helen Devery

Helen Devery completed the degree Bachelor of Applied Science (Occupational Therapy) Hons 1 at the University of Sydney in 2016. She has been published in the Australian Journal of Occupational Therapy and presented at OT Australia’s National Conference and Exhibition in Perth 2017.

Helen worked for NSW Health in several inpatient mental health settings before joining Mind Plasticity. She has experience working with a variety of mental health issues including schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, bipolar affective disorder, anxiety and depression, eating disorders and personality disorders. Helen has a particular interest in working with adults with complex mental illness and co-morbid health conditions. She is skilled at completing functional assessments and can provide reports to assist with NDIS plan reviews and accessing supported accommodation.
